Registering and logging in
Why should I register?
You need to register in order to find your best matched flat mates or tenants. It will also give others the opportunity to find and contact you, increasing your chances of making a successful match.
Signing up will also speed up the process when you find a suitable match and wish to make contact.
Why must I complete all of the fields in the registration form and provide you with my details?
We request that you complete all sections of the registration form in order to find you the most accurate matches, as well as allowing those looking at your profile to decide whether you will be a suitable match for them.
How do I set my move date preference (looking for a room) or room available preference (renting a room)?
On the registration page, you will be asked one of these questions - depending on whether you are looking or renting a room.
Next to either of these fields is a small calendar icon, clicking this opens the calendar and from this you can select your desired dates.
What is DSS?
DSS stands for Department of Social Security, and is the term which is commonly used to describe housing benefit.
Why can I not upload pictures or videos when registering?
To make the registration process faster, we do not ask you to upload pictures or photos until your profile has been created.
To add them when you have registered, all you have to do is select Edit Advert and at the top of the page you will see a button giving you the opportunity to upload photos and videos.
